Centered around a stunning stone wood-burning fireplace with a mounted TV above, this cozy area features a large sectional sofa perfect for curling up after a day in the mountains. A stylish coffee table adds a touch of rustic charm, while the open layout showcases a view up to the loft and stairs leading to the upper level. A door opens to the deck, where you can step outside to enjoy the beautiful mountain views and fresh Smoky Mountain air.
Kitchen/Dining:
The kitchen and dining area create a welcoming space for family meals and conversation, featuring an open floor plan that flows seamlessly into the living room. Whether you're cooking breakfast before a day of adventure or enjoying a cozy dinner together, this fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home. It includes a black electric stove, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, blender, and a convenient coffee maker/Keurig combo for your morning brew. The spacious dining table seats six guests comfortably, making it perfect for shared meals or game nights, while the kitchen counter offers three additional seats for casual dining or keeping the cook company. With plenty of counter space and warm, rustic touches, this kitchen is designed for both functionality and togetherness. Dish towels, starter dish soap, and starter dishwasher pods are provided.

Outdoor Spaces:
The outdoor spaces at this cabin are designed to make the most of the beautiful mountain scenery and peaceful surroundings. When you arrive, you’ll find outdoor stairs leading from the parking area up to the entry door. Across from the entrance, you can relax in the soothing hot tub while taking in the fresh mountain air, and just beyond the steps, a park-style grill is perfect for easy cookouts. The property features two covered decks with amazing views, one off the living and dining area and another off the loft. The lower covered deck includes a charcoal grill, six chairs, and a table, creating the perfect spot for outdoor dining and gatherings. The upper covered deck offers two additional chairs, making it a quiet space to enjoy morning coffee or an evening sunset. Near the parking area, a firepit with five chairs provides the perfect setting for roasting marshmallows or relaxing under the stars. Guests also have access to the resort’s seasonal pool for even more fun and relaxation during their stay.

Location/Roads/Parking:
The cabin is easily accessible, and while the roads are uphill, they can be accessed by both motorcycle and car. Please note that the roads and driveway are very steep, but once you arrive, you’ll find level parking available for up to four vehicles. During the winter months, it’s wise to check the weather, as some areas may require a 4x4 for better accessibility. Dollar General and Food City are just a short drive away for all your shopping needs, making it convenient to stock up on essentials during your stay. With such a great location, you’re only a short drive from all the attractions downtown Gatlinburg offers, while still being tucked away in the peaceful beauty of the Smoky Mountains.

Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow check-ins OR check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or New Year's Eve.

Cancellation Guarantee: Allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 7 days prior to check-in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay protection fee).

Damage Coverage: Covers up to 250-dollars of unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed the 250-dollars, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file).
24-hour On-Call Maintenance: If you need assistance at the property, call us, and our team will be happy to assist you at no additional charge.

- • No smoking inside the property. • Pet fee is 100 dollars + tax per pet. • Pets must be kenneled if left unattended at the property. • Kennel rentals may be available for an additional fee. • Quiet hours must be respected. • Please be aware that hot tub use may pose certain health risks and is used at your own risk. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the hot tub at any time without adult supervision. • Do not sit or stand on the hot tub cover. • The septic system is highly effective but can become clogged if improper items are flushed. Please flush only toilet paper. Feminine hygiene products, wipes, paper towels, and any other non-flushable items should never be flushed. If it is determined that improper materials have caused damage or a clog to the septic system, guests may be charged up to 1,000 dollars for repairs and damages. Additionally, please do not pour grease, oil, or food waste down any sink or drain. • Please do not throw any food or trash from the decks and help us respect and protect the mountains and wildlife. Any trash taken outside should be placed in the appropriate trash bins and secured properly so bears and other animals cannot access it. • Late check-outs may result in a 25 dollars per hour fee after the scheduled checkout time. • Do not tamper with exterior security cameras. • This property is privately owned and managed. Guests assume responsibility for their personal belongings and their use of the property and its amenities during their stay. Owners and property management are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, loss, or damage to personal belongings or valuables that may occur while on the premises. • You will receive a separate message from the property management team requesting a copy of your ID along with a signed rental agreement. These items must be completed before your door code, and check-in instructions can be released. • Decor and furnishings may occasionally vary slightly from listing photos as updates are made. • A starter supply of toiletries, paper towels, trash bags, and essentials is provided. Additional supplies will need to be purchased by guests if needed during longer stays. • The kitchen includes essential cookware, but condiments, coffee, spices, and groceries are not provided. • The hot tub is drained, sanitized, refilled, and chemically balanced before each arrival. It may take until later in the evening to fully heat after cleaning. • Please keep the hot tub cover closed when not in use to maintain temperature. • All our properties are regularly treated by a professional pest control company. However, due to the natural mountain environment, occasional insects or wildlife may still be seen. To help keep critters outside where they belong, please keep all doors and windows closed. • Weather conditions in the Smoky Mountains can occasionally impact power, Wi-Fi, roads, water service, or other amenities. These events are outside of our control, and refunds are not provided for weather-related outages, natural disasters, or interruptions to services. If you choose to cancel your trip due to weather conditions, we may be able to offer alternative dates depending on availability. • Exterior cameras may be present for safety and security purposes only. There are no cameras inside the property. • Black bears and other wildlife are native to Tennessee and are commonly seen throughout the Smoky Mountains area. If you encounter a bear, please do not approach or feed it, as this can encourage dangerous interactions between wildlife and humans. For your safety, always keep vehicle doors locked and avoid storing food or scented items inside your vehicle, as bears are known to access unlocked cars.
