Looking for a peaceful getaway from the daily hustle and bustle? A Creekside on the Bluff is a clean, cozy, and tranquil place to stay. Tucked away near the woods, you can hear the (seasonal) bubbling creek. Conveniently close to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg attractions, it offers an EV charger, paved U-shaped driveway and minimal steps, making it accessible for those with mobility challenges. Plus, you can bring your pets along! We take great pride in our cabin and are delighted to share it with you, your friends, and your family. We hope you will love it as much as we do during your stay in TN!
Living Room:
Step inside this cozy, relaxing, and tastefully decorated home with an inviting living area and an open-concept kitchen. The living area features a comfortable leather couch and loveseat, a futon, a ceiling fan, and a large flat-screen TV. The living room is well lit and provides access to the front porch. Enjoy some quality family time, play games, or watch a movie on the big screen, such as Roku TV’s games, or watch a movie on the big screen, such as Roku TV.
Kitchen/Dining Room:
You will find a fully equipped kitchen that offers everything you need to cook a delicious meal and enjoy it at the bar-height table, which can accommodate up to 8 people. You can make yourself a cup of coffee using the DUAL Keurig AND 12-cup coffee maker. We do provide a small variety of start-up K-cups. This cabin has a fully stocked kitchen, including a crockpot with a timer, air fryer, toaster, blender, baking and serving dishes, tea kettle, plastic dishes/cups for small children, and grilling tools/tray. Cleaning up is a breeze after any meal using the dishwasher. We provide dish cloth/ & towels, 1 sponge, dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels, 2-3 trash bags, and starter dishwasher pods. You can also have a blast playing on the vintage, patriotic, pinball & arcade games.

Outdoor Spaces:
Feel free to unwind and relax on the back porch. You can sit back on the outdoor seating and sip on your morning coffee or tea. There are 4 chairs and 3 rocking chairs on the covered porch where you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and listen to the sounds of the woods. You might even catch a glimpse of an owl, deer, raccoon, wild turkey or bears amidst the woods. If you feel like grilling, there’s a Charcoal Park style grill located off the front porch area. In the evenings, you can make use of the outdoor firepit in the lower back yard, accessible by a rock pathway next to the creek. 2 steps to enter the property.
Location\Roads\Parking:
Within just 10 minutes of Pigeon Forge, the road to the cabin features moderately curvy areas, as well as some inclines and declines. There is parking available for up to 3 vehicles. If you require an electric vehicle charging station, there is a Clipper Creek EV Charger on site, capable of charging at a rate of 40 miles per hour. **TESLA users- please note that you will have to modify your charge from 48 Amps to 30 Amps when using the Clipper Creek Charger and use your Tesla charging adapter.
Pet Policy:
• The pet fee is 100 dollars per dog
• There is a 2-dog maximum
• We only allow dogs
• XL Kennel crate (1) is provided
• You must bring a second crate if the two don't stay together in the one provided for you.
• Please do NOT leave your pet at the property alone unless it is kept in the kennel provided
• The pet fee is non-refundable
• Please clean up after your pet(s) inside & outside- bags are provided for you.
• Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas, damage, or additional deep cleaning is required due to your pet, you will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.
• Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.
• If your dog sheds we kindly ask that you use the pet friendly vacuum cleaner prior to checking out.

Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, ride horseback through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at dinnertime. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

Cancellation Policy:
• 50-dollar fee + Listing site service fee
• 30 days up - You will get all your money back (minus the 150 dollars cancellation fee and minus the VRBO service fee)
• 29 days or less - Whatever dates we can re-book is the amount that we will refund back (-150 dollars).
• Example: If you had 5 nights, we re-booked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 nights + tax + cleaning fee + damage fee + Bear Tootin fee (25 dollars). That total will have subtracted the 150 dollars cancellation fee Subtract the VRBO service fee.

- • Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book this property. • No smoking inside the property. • Pet fee is 100 dollars + tax per pet. • Pets must be kenneled if left unattended at the property. • Kennel rentals may be available for an additional fee. • Quiet hours must be respected. • Please be aware that hot tub use may pose certain health risks and is used at your own risk. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the hot tub at any time without adult supervision. • Do not sit or stand on the hot tub cover. • The septic system is highly effective but can become clogged if improper items are flushed. Please flush only toilet paper. Feminine hygiene products, wipes, paper towels, and any other non-flushable items should never be flushed. If it is determined that improper materials have caused damage or a clog to the septic system, guests may be charged up to 1,000 dollars for repairs and damages. Additionally, please do not pour grease, oil, or food waste down any sink or drain. • Please do not throw any food or trash from the decks and help us respect and protect the mountains and wildlife. Any trash taken outside should be placed in the appropriate trash bins and secured properly so bears and other animals cannot access it. • Late check-outs may result in a 25 dollars per hour fee after the scheduled checkout time. • Do not tamper with exterior security cameras. • This property is privately owned and managed. Guests assume responsibility for their personal belongings and their use of the property and its amenities during their stay. Owners and property management are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, loss, or damage to personal belongings or valuables that may occur while on the premises. • You will receive a separate message from the property management team requesting a copy of your ID along with a signed rental agreement. These items must be completed before your door code, and check-in instructions can be released. • Decor and furnishings may occasionally vary slightly from listing photos as updates are made. • A starter supply of toiletries, paper towels, trash bags, and essentials is provided. Additional supplies will need to be purchased by guests if needed during longer stays. • The kitchen includes essential cookware, but condiments, coffee, spices, and groceries are not provided. • The hot tub is drained, sanitized, refilled, and chemically balanced before each arrival. It may take until later in the evening to fully heat after cleaning. • Please keep the hot tub cover closed when not in use to maintain temperature. • All our properties are regularly treated by a professional pest control company. However, due to the natural mountain environment, occasional insects or wildlife may still be seen. To help keep critters outside where they belong, please keep all doors and windows closed. • Weather conditions in the Smoky Mountains can occasionally impact power, Wi-Fi, roads, water service, or other amenities. These events are outside of our control, and refunds are not provided for weather-related outages, natural disasters, or interruptions to services. If you choose to cancel your trip due to weather conditions, we may be able to offer alternative dates depending on availability. • Exterior cameras may be present for safety and security purposes only. There are no cameras inside the property. • Black bears and other wildlife are native to Tennessee and are commonly seen throughout the Smoky Mountains area. If you encounter a bear, please do not approach or feed it, as this can encourage dangerous interactions between wildlife and humans. For your safety, always keep vehicle doors locked and avoid storing food or scented items inside your vehicle, as bears are known to access unlocked cars.
