Surrounded by the enchanting woods of the Smoky Mountains, this inviting retreat is perfect for family adventures and unforgettable get-togethers. With 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 modern bathrooms, there's ample room for everyone, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Imagine the joy of gathering with your loved ones, sharing stories by the fireplace, and exploring the stunning natural beauty just outside your door. Whether it’s a weekend escape or a weeklong adventure, The Rose is the ideal place to create cherished memories together. Get ready to relax, play, and enjoy everything the Smokies have to offer!

Experience the inviting living room of this charming chalet, complete with a warm gas fireplace, a luxurious double recliner, a cozy love seat, a sitting chair and a television for your entertainment.
Kitchen/Dining Room:
You will find a fully equipped kitchen that offers everything you need to cook a delicious meal and enjoy at the dining room table that can seat 6 with additional seating for 4 and additional seating for 6. Make yourself a cup of coffee using the provided Keurig or make a pot of coffee in the provided 12-cup coffee maker. This kitchen has cookware, dishes to dine on, and all silverware. Cleaning up is a breeze after any meal using the dishwasher. You will have plenty of space to enjoy a lovely dinner with the high-top counters. (Dish towels, starter dish soap, and starter dishwasher pods are provided.)
Game Room:
Step into the ultimate game room featuring a foosball table, pool table, air hockey table, arcade game, and a projection screen for movies. A match-box car table for the little ones to race their matchbox cars on. Relax in ample seating including recliners and bean bags. Additional sleeping space with a bunk bed (twin over queen) is located next to the game room for added convenience.

This luxurious chalet offers breathtaking mountain views and features a paved driveway with parking space for up to four vehicles, making it convenient for multiple guests. It also provides motorcycle-friendly amenities for riders. Located just 20 minutes from The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge, and 10 minutes from Gatlinburg, this chalet offers easy access to various attractions and outdoor activities. In addition, we are only 9 minutes away from Food City, ensuring that you have easy access to any essentials or supplies you may need during your stay.

Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit tanger outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. When it's dinner time, enjoy local cuisine from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.
Special Dates:
Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, or New Years Day.
Check-In:
4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.

Damage Coverage: covers you up to 250 dollars of unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed the 250 dollars, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file).

House Rules
- • Non-Pet-Friendly Property: This property is not pet-friendly, and pets of any kind are strictly prohibited. If a pet is found on the premises, a 250-dollar fee will be charged, and guests may be required to vacate the property immediately without a refund. • No smoking inside the property. • Quiet hours must be respected. • Please be aware that hot tub use may pose certain health risks and is used at your own risk. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the hot tub at any time without adult supervision. • Do not sit or stand on the hot tub cover. • The septic system is highly effective but can become clogged if improper items are flushed. Please flush only toilet paper. Feminine hygiene products, wipes, paper towels, and any other non-flushable items should never be flushed. If it is determined that improper materials have caused damage or a clog to the septic system, guests may be charged up to 1,000 dollars for repairs and damages. Additionally, please do not pour grease, oil, or food waste down any sink or drain. • Please do not throw any food or trash from the decks and help us respect and protect the mountains and wildlife. Any trash taken outside should be placed in the appropriate trash bins and secured properly so bears and other animals cannot access it. • Late check-outs may result in a 25 dollars per hour fee after the scheduled checkout time. • Do not tamper with exterior security cameras. • This property is privately owned and managed. Guests assume responsibility for their personal belongings and their use of the property and its amenities during their stay. Owners and property management are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, loss, or damage to personal belongings or valuables that may occur while on the premises. • You will receive a separate message from the property management team requesting a copy of your ID along with a signed rental agreement. These items must be completed before your door code, and check-in instructions can be released. • Decor and furnishings may occasionally vary slightly from listing photos as updates are made. • A starter supply of toiletries, paper towels, trash bags, and essentials is provided. Additional supplies will need to be purchased by guests if needed during longer stays. • The kitchen includes essential cookware, but condiments, coffee, spices, and groceries are not provided. • The hot tub is drained, sanitized, refilled, and chemically balanced before each arrival. It may take until later in the evening to fully heat after cleaning. • Please keep the hot tub cover closed when not in use to maintain temperature. • All our properties are regularly treated by a professional pest control company. However, due to the natural mountain environment, occasional insects or wildlife may still be seen. To help keep critters outside where they belong, please keep all doors and windows closed. • Weather conditions in the Smoky Mountains can occasionally impact power, Wi-Fi, roads, water service, or other amenities. These events are outside of our control, and refunds are not provided for weather-related outages, natural disasters, or interruptions to services. If you choose to cancel your trip due to weather conditions, we may be able to offer alternative dates depending on availability. • Exterior cameras may be present for safety and security purposes only. There are no cameras inside the property. • Black bears and other wildlife are native to Tennessee and are commonly seen throughout the Smoky Mountains area. If you encounter a bear, please do not approach or feed it, as this can encourage dangerous interactions between wildlife and humans. For your safety, always keep vehicle doors locked and avoid storing food or scented items inside your vehicle, as bears are known to access unlocked cars.
