The heart of Little Greenbriar Lodge is the expansive restaurant-style kitchen and dining area, fully equipped to satisfy the culinary needs of even the most discerning chef. Commercial-grade appliances include a gas stove, flat-top stove, and glass-front commercial-size refrigerator and freezer, providing ample storage and prep space for meal preparation. Additional features include a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker, making it easy to stay refreshed and energized throughout your stay. With four sinks at your disposal, you'll have plenty of room to get your hands dirty while cooking up a storm. And with seating for 19 at the multiple dining tables, plus four extra folding tables and chairs and a high chair for little ones, there is plenty of space to gather with friends and family for meals. Whether you're hosting a holiday feast or need a place to enjoy a casual breakfast, this kitchen and dining area is designed to accommodate your every need. Location/ Roads / Parking:

This cabin is easily accessible by motorcycle or vehicle, featuring paved roads all the way to the driveway, where it transitions to gravel for easy access. There's level parking available for eight vehicles, making it convenient for your group. If you're in the mood for breakfast, be sure to stop by Elvira's Café nearby. You'll also find Dollar General, Kroger, and Food City, a short drive away. The location is fantastic—just 5 minutes to the Smoky Mountains, 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. You'll be close to everything downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer!

Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

You might be asking yourself, what is Vacay Protection, and why am I paying for it? It's an affordable travel investment that can save you money and provide added flexibility if the unexpected happens. Here's what it includes:

• Cancellation Guarantee: Cancel your reservation for any reason up to 7 days before check-in and receive a full refund, minus the Vacay Protection fee.

• Inclement Weather: If severe weather prevents or delays your travel, we'll work with you to cancel your reservation or move your stay to new dates.

• Damage Coverage: Covers up to two hundred fifty dollars in unintentional accidental damage for one- and two-bedroom properties, and up to five hundred dollars in unintentional accidental damage for three-bedroom properties and larger. Any damages exceeding the applicable coverage amount, whether intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file.

• 24-Hour On-Call Maintenance: If you need assistance during your stay, simply give us a call. Our maintenance team is available 24 hours a day to help at no additional charge.

PET POLICY:

• Pet Fee: 100 dollars per dog

• Maximum Pets: 2 dogs per reservation

• Pets Allowed: Dogs only

• Crate/Kennel: A crate or kennel is required if your pet will be left alone at the property.

• Unattended Pets: Please do NOT leave your pet alone at the property unless they are safely secured in a crate or kennel.

• Pet Fee: The pet fee is non-refundable.

• Pet Waste: Please clean up after your pet(s) and properly dispose of all waste.

• Furniture & Bedding: Please bring your own sheets or blankets to cover any furniture or areas where your pet may lay or sleep.

• Fleas: If evidence of fleas is found after your departure, you will be responsible for all treatment costs.

• Pet-Related Damage: Any damage caused by your pet will be charged to the credit card on file.
